George Melas and Werner Ebner, the owners of Zante Developers Ltd., have a long experience and knowledge in contracting and building. They started the first projects in the 80’s in Protaras, Cyprus.

George Melas built Waterworld Waterpark in Ayia Napa, the biggest waterpark in Europe in 1996. Furthermore, he has extensive knowledge in planning and construction.

Werner Ebner financed, planned and built several multi-family houses in Switzerland, before moving to Florida in 1995, where he also was involved in several big real estates developments.

Both joined together in Zakynthos where they purchased large plots of land to develop stone-house communities.

Our Current Projects in Zakynthos

The Agrilia Villas will be two 3-bedroom luxury stone villas located in Agrilia, near the resort of Laganas. The property is situated in a very central location with only a few minutes walk away from a supermarket, and a five minute drive to the airport. However, the area is very quiet and peaceful.

The villas will be very similar to the Greco Villas, which are previous projects we have developed. The Agrilia villas will be 125 sq. meters of living area, composed of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large living area with open-plan kitchen and a fireplace. The villas will be delivered key-ready with a stone driveway, surrounding stonewalls and a gate. Each property is situated on a plot of 500 sq. meters (approx).
