Barbara Studios & Apartment

The Barbara Studios & Apartments is a family business, built with great care and love.

It is located in the stately Livatho, in the village of Svoronata, just at the main coastal highway, near to the sandy beach of Ai Helis (distance of 350m).

It consists of two residential complexes of traditional Ionian architecture:

Building A
The building next to the pool with the outdoor bar has ground and first floor rooms.

Building B
It is located 50m from the previous one: Our newest building, in shades of terracotta, consists of ground and first floor rooms.

Nearby beaches are of: Ai Helis (350 meters), Ammes, Minies, Avithos, all sandy with crystal clear waters.
The capital of Kefalonia, Argostoli, is 8 km away. The airport is within 3 km and the hospital at 8km.

Open Period
The rental apartments of Barbara Studios are open from May to October to offer their services.

The rental houses can accommodate 1-4 people.

In both complexes, all the rooms have two or three beds. Extra beds are folding beds of a heavy construction, bed-type seating.
The view is varying: other apartments facing the sea, others the mountains and others the garden.

In Building A, the ground floor apartments have a common terrace and an elevated garden. The upper floor apartments have private balconies.

All are of one room apart from the two quads-bed apartments that are double-roomed, built in the style of a loft. One of them has not a private balcony but a huge terrace with panoramic views over the Ionian Sea.

In Building B, the ground floor apartments are at the ground level with private balcony. On the second floor, all apartments have private balconies as well. All are single-room apartments.
