Mousouroi (Greek: Μουσούροι) is a former municipality in the Chania regional unit, Crete, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Platanias, of which it is a municipal unit. It was part of the former Kydonia Province. The municipal unit extends from the hinterland of the town of Chania to the mountains of south Crete. Many tourists pass through Mousouroi on their way to Omalos and the start of the Samaria Gorge walk, which is in Mousouroi. The seat of the municipality was Alikianos. The municipal unit also includes Meskla, Zourva, Lakki, Koufos, Psathogiannos, Fournes, Skines, Sebronas, Prases, Orthouni, Karanes and Vatolakos.
