Description:
Pialeia (Greek: Πιαλεία) is a village and a former municipality in the Trikala regional unit, Thessaly, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Pyli, of which it is a municipal unit. Population 3,813 (2001). The seat of the municipality was in Fiki.

It used to be a place where only farmers used to live. However, nowadays it is considered to be as a place where people who live in Trikala build their houses in order to stay away from the city.
