Mobile operators in domestic radio-frequency tender - The Best from Greece

Cosmote, Vodafone-Panafon and Wind Hellas, the three largest mobile telephony operators in Greece, expressed official interest in participating in a radio-frequency rights tender, the National Telecommunications and Post Commission (EETT) announced on Friday.

The market watchdog said it will officially announce the names of participants in the tender next Tuesday, October 25, and will offer information over the date, place and programme of the tender.

EETT said the tender aims to guarantee healthy competition in the domestic market and to develop new and improved telecoms services to consumers. (AMNA)
