A Taste of Greece in the U.K. - The Best from Greece

On February 9, award-winning chefs, Christoforos Peskias and Stelios Parliaros along with cocktail master Aristotelis Papadopoulos have initiated a UK-based chefs one-day training for the century-old secrets of authentic Greek cuisine, at the Cookbook café, in London.

The chefs training day has been a full day of fun with interactive cooking games and competitions.

Famous UK restaurants have been invited to host the "Taste of Greece" on their premises .

During the period February - December 2010 they will indulge their clients in both the traditional Greek cuisine and the "traditional Greek with a twist" adding a personal touch to authentic Greek plates.
