REJUVENATE YOUR BODY
We Offer
Exercise.Looking great means feeling good about yourself and staying healthy.
Sun bathing and sea swims
The Greeks have always attributed to sunlight a healing effect. The Greek word for sunbathing is literally translated into English as “sunlight therapy.” Recharge the “solar batteries” of your soul and get plenty of vitamin D while enjoying moderately and with proper protection the generous Greek sun.
Water is a runway for energy. Seawater or freshwater is a powerful way to detoxify our body and strengthen our immune system. Rejuvenate your body in water – one of the four elements of the material universe in Greek mythology – and discover how water is a conduit for your emotions and intuition.
Yoga exercises on and off the mat
Our yoga practice includes “on the mat” Yandara-style classes designed to stretch and energize our bodies and pranayama (breathing techniques), as well as “off the mat” meditation-style classes in more natural environments.
Hikes and walks
Use yogi breathing while hiking and walking to cleanse your system of toxins and rejuvenate your body with iodic sea air. Learn how to meditate and exercise your creativity. Allow your mind to rest to be with yourself.
Thermal Springs
While on holidays, pamper yourself and revitalize your body with natural thermal springs. Very popular in Greece, hot baths have proven therapeutic qualities: they will help to drain impurities from your body, stimulate skin cells, normalize blood pressure and cure some health imbalances. Bear in mind that water from springs can be quite hot and sulfur- and ferrous- rich and that traditional bathhouses are publicly owned and hence less refined than conventional spas in the West.
Fishing and diving expeditions
Fishing is a sport as much as it is way to meditate. Whether you are an experienced fisherman or looking for a new experience, fishing will teach you how to connect with the sea and tame your racing thoughts. Wait for the sea to reveal its secrets to you. In the future for those who are experienced and licensed divers we plan to organize diving and fishing expeditions in the Aegean Mediterranean. Snorkeling is available to all. We call you to treat the marine world gently and with due respect.
Winter skiing
Greece has many mountains and snow peaks and has 13 ski resorts nationally. The best known are Kalavrita (Mt. Helmos, 2340 m) at Peloponnisos; Arachova (Mt. Parnasos, 1750 m) and Karpenisi (Mt. Velouchi, 1800 m) in Central Greece; and Vrysopoules (Mt. Olympos, 1800 m) and Agriolefkes (Mt. Pilio, 1471 m) in Thessaly. Skiing is an intense form of exercise excellent for weight loss, muscle toning and balance. Walking and hiking in altitude will boost your immune system.
Yoga for the face
The face needs to be exercised and toned in the same way we exercise and tone our body. Facial Yoga program is designed to rejuvenate face and neck with the help of simple and natural face lifting techniques. Use them and adapt in your everyday life.
